PRE-ORDER

Items marked as Pre-Order are produced in limited runs and are not in stock at the time of purchase.

Production and transit timelines may occasionally shift due to factors outside of our control.

Orders containing a pre-order item will ship once all items in the order are ready for fulfillment.

We will communicate any meaningful delays via email and our official channels.

You may request a full refund at any time prior to shipment of your pre-order by contacting alpineaficionados@gmail.com.

We appreciate your support in helping us produce thoughtfully and in limited quantities.

SHIPPING

All orders ship from Canada.

For in-stock items, please allow 2–10 business days for order processing before shipment. Shipping timelines reflect carrier transit times and do not include processing time.

Pre-order items will ship once production is complete.

Once an order has shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier. We are not liable for carrier delays, customs inspections, weather disruptions, or other events outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address information or refusal (excluding customs fees), the order will be refunded minus original shipping and any return shipping costs.

DUTIES, CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are outside of our control.If customs fees are refused and the shipment is returned to us, a refund will be issued for the product value only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for understanding import regulations within their country prior to purchase.

ORDER TRACKING & DELIVERY

How do I check the status of my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information (if tracking was selected at checkout).

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update within the carrier’s system.

If tracking details are not included, please review the shipping method selected at checkout. Some shipping options do not include tracking and may have extended delivery timelines.

If your order has not arrived within:

  • 30 days of shipment confirmation (North America), or
  • 60 days of shipment confirmation (International),

please contact us at alpineaficionados@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate with the carrier.

MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED

We’re sorry to hear that.

Before contacting us, please:

• Check your tracking information

• Confirm the shipping address provided at checkout

• Check with neighbors or your local postal office

If tracking was purchased and the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will work directly with the shipping provider to resolve the issue.

If the original package cannot be recovered, we will offer either:

• A replacement product (subject to availability), or

• A refund for the product value

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If a shipping option without tracking was selected at checkout, we are unable to guarantee delivery and cannot offer refunds or replacements for lost packages.
