PRE-ORDER
Items marked as Pre-Order are produced in limited runs and are not in stock at the time of purchase.
Production and transit timelines may occasionally shift due to factors outside of our control.
Orders containing a pre-order item will ship once all items in the order are ready for fulfillment.
We will communicate any meaningful delays via email and our official channels.
You may request a full refund at any time prior to shipment of your pre-order by contacting alpineaficionados@gmail.com.
We appreciate your support in helping us produce thoughtfully and in limited quantities.
SHIPPING
All orders ship from Canada.
For in-stock items, please allow 2–10 business days for order processing before shipment. Shipping timelines reflect carrier transit times and do not include processing time.
Pre-order items will ship once production is complete.
Once an order has shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier. We are not liable for carrier delays, customs inspections, weather disruptions, or other events outside of our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address information or refusal (excluding customs fees), the order will be refunded minus original shipping and any return shipping costs.
DUTIES, CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are outside of our control. If customs fees are refused and the shipment is returned to us, a refund will be issued for the product value only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for understanding import regulations within their country prior to purchase.
RETURNS & FINAL SALE
All sales are final.
Because we operate in limited production runs, we are unable to offer general returns or exchanges.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at alpineaficionados@gmail.com so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging to be eligible for review.
Approved cases are handled individually to ensure a fair and thoughtful outcome.
Claims submitted more than 7 days after confirmed delivery may not be eligible for review.
DAMAGES & CLAIMS
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately with photos and your order number so we can assess and make it right.
SIZING & FIT RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are responsible for reviewing the provided size guide prior to purchase.
We strongly recommend measuring carefully and ensuring the stretched waist measurement can comfortably pass over the hips, as certain styles may not include a fly opening.
We are unable to offer returns due to incorrect sizing.
PRODUCT VARIATIONS
Due to small-batch production and material sourcing, slight variations in colour, fabric texture, or detailing may occur between production runs.
These natural variations are part of the character of limited production and do not constitute defects.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We are not liable for delays or failure to fulfill orders caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to manufacturing delays, carrier disruptions, customs inspections, natural disasters, strikes, or governmental actions.
Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
EUROPEAN UNION — 14 DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt without justification.
- To be eligible:
- The item must be unworn and unused
- Original tags must be attached
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must use a trackable shipping service. Tracking information must be provided within the 14-day period.
